In the monthly model: Billing occurs monthly. If you change your plan or the number of licenses during the month, the cost differences for the remaining days of that month will be immediately calculated and included in the current invoice.

In the annual model: You pay once for the entire year. If you decide to change your plan or the number of licenses during the year, the price differences are settled immediately.

After the 21-day free trial period ends, you will need to make a decision regarding the continued use of the Proplanum application. There are several options to consider:

1. Choose a plan: If Proplanum met your expectations during the trial period and you would like to continue using the full range of features, you can choose one of our paid plans. We offer both monthly and annual payment models, depending on your preferences.
2. No action: If you decide not to switch to any plan, your account and all data will be stored for a certain period of time. If you decide to return in the future and subscribe to a plan, your information will still be available. However, after this period, if no action is taken, your account may be archived, and data deleted for security and privacy reasons.
